I purchased an arnica-based cream and realized immediately afterwards (by searching on the internet) that I had paid too much for the item. I wanted to get the money paid back, but the pharmacist offered me a voucher. I didn't accept because I don't live in the area. My mistake in not having compared the prices, but two years earlier, in the same pharmacy, I had paid much less for the same cream. The pharmacist categorically refused, even though it is a normal right for every buyer to get a refund if not satisfied, especially since my request was made 10 minutes after the purchase. I was told that since he paid by debit card, he had to pay the commission additionally. I proposed to reimburse it. I am convinced that even if I had paid in cash, he would not have given me anything back. Little flexibility and willingness to meet the customer.

I returned to this pharmacy for the kindness I had found but this time I only found the negativity of the clerk. If you are not willing to help you can at least make an effort to be kind.
