I don't even want to put a star.. Their behavior is like rude people.. the other day I bought some medicines for my sister-in-law.. But yes, they weren't the ones she wanted.. I went to replace the medicines.. The lady told me he replies they can't be done.. Because.. kiss what I did with these medicines..😑😑😑😑.. But what can I do with the medicines?? I brought them back as I had bought them.. And it's probably not the first time.. They don't have the slightest respect for the customer.. Especially if you are a foreigner.. 😠😠

You must display the "closed for holidays" sign on the main external window, not inside the place where you can't see anything from the outside, and make people wait at 8.30 in the morning for you to open when this isn't the case...users must be respected and they are not all from Arzignano, thanks.

I have been going to this pharmacy for years now and I must say that up to now I have always found it VERY WELL! I'm sure that the high turnout inside can confirm my words (even if the fact that there are always a lot of people doesn't mean that there's a long wait because there are usually always 4-5 of them at the checkout and they clear out quickly the row). Inside there are also many products of their own production (vitamin supplements & co.) and the thing that makes me give 5 stars is precisely the level of preparation of the staff: whatever the question, they know how to give you a comprehensive answer and possibly some alternatives complete with explanation of the case! GOOD.

I am happy with this pharmacy because of the preparation and the very professional advice. I highly recommend this pharmacy for Dr Mariano's objectivity.
