The lady was extremely rude and had an inappropriate behavior
Friendly and helpful staff.
They are incompetent, I asked for a very simple thing, a small dark bottle with a screw cap. What is not clear? On the phone they told me it was there, but when I went to buy it, they gave me the one with the dropper cap! Here there is a problem of not understanding current Italian and inattention towards the customer. And they are even graduates! 👎
On the afternoon of April 2nd we bought some medicines here, the lady was very kind and very patient, she taught us all the details for use; and then we went back for the gloves, the two ladies who helped us were also very friendly and patient. Top.
More than a pharmacy, it is a place where you feel at home! The staff is very kind, prepared, attentive and able to listen to the customer's needs and understand their needs. This pharmacy offers a specific service for athletes to whom I turned to integrate targeted products into my nutritional routine to improve my results. I found in Doctor Edoardo Ferri a capable and attentive interlocutor, able to advise me on an effective treatment. Super recommend :) :)
