trained, competent and extremely welcoming staff. I got the Covid vaccine in 10 minutes: no bureaucracy or queues, everything organised. Excellent doctors!!!
I've been trying to communicate with the pharmacy all day long... Phone off the hook, they had a fault, they say, but they answered and to my "good evening..." They hang up... Reply to my email of disappointment, they rudely write to look for another pharmacy that they don't have time for... (Only they work in this world) and to make reports where I deem it most appropriate. Meanwhile here... you can understand the overload of work these days but if one can't move just to get information or reservations, given that they write they have to manage those booked... and how do you book if you throw the phone down in your face? They have given an important role to pharmacies but this does not authorize them to treat (potential) customers rudely.
In a slightly peripheral position but offers excellent service. Competent, patient, attentive and prompt. They offer all types of services including swabs and Covid 19 vaccinations. From all the staff, kindness comes first.
