I came in to request a drug that I have already been taking for some time, having a significant spinal dislocation, obviously bringing with me the prescription for collection. I introduce her to one of the employees who, as soon as he sees her, immediately takes her to who appears to be the pharmacy manager. The manager looks at me and asks me who the doctor who signed the prescription is and I promptly show him that at the top there is the name and surname complete with the doctors' registration code. He tells me that this is not enough and that he needs the address to confirm that he is truly a certified doctor. I am a little taken aback, not only because the doctor is also a family member of mine, but mainly because it is the first time I have been asked something like this. The fact is that he got annoyed and replied rudely that anyone could have signed the prescription, and after warmly inviting him to check on their portals that the doctor in question exists and that it is quite presumptuous to say that a relative of mine is not actually a doctor if he doesn't write the address, gets up and goes to the next pharmacy which checks the code without problems and gives me the medicine. A piece of advice: try to modernize yourself a little, next time I will personally write the doctor's address so you can also send a letter of apology. Good summer

I have always had a great experience, both with the medicines which, whenever they ran out, they ordered them for me immediately and put aside, and with the staff, who were very kind, professional and helpful. Never any problems.

I was only there once, on Saturday 13 March 2021. The owner was not at all kind, nor affable, nor helpful. He treated me with absolutely inappropriate tones and manners. At a certain point in his speech he also stated the following words: "...I don't know how it works in Abruzzo...", even though I am not from Abruzzo. He wanted to know if I live in Milan. The meaning of his words is obvious to everyone, but I would like to point out that being from Abruzzo, for those who are, I believe is a source of pride. His colleague, also bald, didn't even respond to my greeting when I left. Experience to forget. The tragic thing (for the owner of the pharmacy, certainly not for me!) is that I live near Via Atene. In my humble opinion, if you don't possess certain characteristics, you shouldn't do a job in contact with the public.

The owner is a arrogant and moody rude man who mistreats his customers on his days. The collaborators are kind and very helpful, it's a shame an owner like that. I pointed out his incorrectness to him and he replied that working in the pharmacy with all the (ignorant) users is tiring and if I wanted to replace him there were no problems. Dear Dr. Talpini, given the role of salesman that you play, I really think there are no problems, and if you are willing to share the generous earnings I could also think about it.....I would certainly be kinder than you

Great; I have been going to this pharmacy for several years. I've always had a good time. Maximum availability, relevant and professional advice. The Dr. Talpini in particular, but also all his collaborators, have always proven to be good and helpful people. If they do not have particular medications, they are ready to have them delivered within a few hours. In general my personal opinion is extremely positive.
