Very professional and prepared, a very knowledgeable team

Last Saturday, after being advised by my gynecologist to use a refundable class A HRT drug, I went to the pharmacy to buy the drug. I only had the medical prescription from the gynecologist and I asked the pharmacist if it was eligible for reimbursement: 'no ma'am. It's a contraceptive pill and it's not reimbursable.' I then reply that the drug is not a contraceptive pill but is hormone replacement therapy and that the gynecologist had just verified that I belong to group A. So I tell him that I don't even need to go to my doctor and he replies "no ma'am, don't waste your doctor's time and don't waste your time". I pay 17.40 but not happy I go to another pharmacy where they confirm that with the prescription I would have paid €2. Dear pharmacist... I don't understand why you want to make me waste my money and in doing this I deduce that you also think I'm not very intelligent. After this episode I will never set foot in your pharmacy again. BE CAREFUL!!!!

As a tourist from Germany, I was able to take a rapid Covid test here without any problems and received an EU Covid certificate. Thank you for your friendly help, the staff were very helpful and I left the pharmacy with a smile! 🙂

I work as a representative and in this very busy period for pharmacists, I really appreciated that the owner dedicated the right amount of time to me with great attention even though I didn't have an appointment.
