Stayed overnight for the fourth dose, time indicated by the booking site "from 8 to 9, recommended time 8:05". I go to see the opening hours of the pharmacy, “8:30-19:30”. Apart from this thing (I think it's a problem with the Lombardy region site), I have nothing to complain about. There are seats to wait for the 15 minutes after vaccination, the doctor is good and quick in the procedures on the PC. Clean and well-lit place. Obviously I don't usually go to the pharmacy, so my review is strictly linked to the vaccination against covid. For this reason I don't give 5 out of 5 stars.

I'm sorry to express this assessment, but some pharmacists who work in this pharmacy are profoundly rude and devoid of empathy. Yesterday, in particular, I was served by a pharmacist to whom I pointed out that the drug taken previously (which can be purchased freely) seemed to me to have lost its effectiveness in alleviating my pain; she limited herself to questioning the truthfulness of my statements, without advising me on another solution (which, moreover, is her job), so much so that I purchased the same drug again, which - as mentioned yesterday - yes proves to be not very effective for me.

From the experience I have had, I have always found friendly staff. The doctor in particular is kind and often witty. And if there had been an unpleasant episode (but there wasn't with me), patience, it can happen that you have a day in which you are more tired... I also thank you for the Sunday service

I read from previous reviews, and I am not surprised, that other customers were treated in a rude and rude way by the "doctor" of the pharmacy (in quotation marks because wearing a lab coat is not enough to be one in the noblest sense of the term). A truly unpleasant person! This morning, I was in pain from severe lumbago and he told me curtly that he couldn't give me a Covid swab and that he would do it at 3.30pm. When I asked to book, he told me three/four times in quick sequence "15 euros and health card". While I was handing them to him, a lady told him that she had come to buy some things but, while she was there, she wanted to take a swab: to which he replied "I'll do it right away". So I took my ATM card and card back and left, with him yelling at me "I'll do it right away!". I can't explain his behavior: did he think I was Novax? (I have had three vaccines) He couldn't see the Chanel clothes (I was wrapped up to protect my back from the cold) Hadn't I purchased anything at the counter? (at the end of the day it's just commerce, not a service and evidently nkn is earning enough). Is he stressed due to too much load? (the only reason I recognize, but honestly he didn't have the cockle that I have)....For sure, despite being a stone's throw from home, I won't go in there again

Appointment for third vaccine. They are about an hour late than expected and make us wait in a narrow corridor without windows (so much for security). And as if that wasn't enough, the doctor goes off to talk to the architect about his problems with the front door. A little respect for customers doesn't hurt.
