Top service...Staff very courteous & accommodating!
Sunday 1 January, 1.20pm. I'm with a person who has had an illness and I'm heading towards this "pharmacy" on duty (the only one open in Civitavecchia!) which however is open FROM 8.30 AM TO 1.00 PM AND FROM 4.00 PM TO 8.00 PM!!! . I call the number displayed outside and a doctor answers me and tells me she can't go back to the drugs unless I have an urgent prescription!!!! I explain that we are passing through and that I don't have a doctor at my disposal, but he tells me to wait until 4.00 pm and he can't do anything else!!!!!! I leave the considerations of what happened to you, in a densely populated city, with a very important - and much vaunted - tourist port but with the services of a sub-Saharan village, where only trattorias and ice cream parlors operate........
The pharmacists are kind and polite, so when I'm in Civitavecchia and I need some medicine, I always choose the Palombo Pharmacy!
Kindness and helpfulness of the staff, I have lived in Rome for 25 years and in the month of August I often came to this pharmacy having rented a house nearby, I felt welcomed, thank you and good work
