The worst customer service. The gentleman charges you for bags instead of asking and when I asked about the additional item on the receipt he got very defensive and arrogant . I asked him to communicate ahead of time about the charge and was so arrogant when I corrected him to the point I do not recommend to anyone to go there.

I purchased a pack of bentelan yesterday April 21st. When I get home I realize that the deadline is May, that is, not even 10 days later. I go to get it changed and I'm told that there are 10 tablets so I could potentially consume them. I avoid commenting because it speaks for itself. Avoid going there, there are two other pharmacies in the immediate vicinity.

Aside from the fact that it has exaggerated prices but the customer service is not at all empathetic and practically rude. The first time they don't know how to answer a question on the receipt because the pharmacist is new so I have to wait in line to get an answer from the other pharmacist. Second time I find myself the second pharmacist serving you with a superior attitude... Let's say that even if the location under my house is convenient, I would say I won't set foot there again.

I bought a drug but, surely by mistake, they put another one in the sachet that costs less, making me pay as much as the one requested even though I had said I didn't want the one put in the sachet even though the doctor had informed me that it cost less and had the same effect. When I got home I called and they told me I had to go the next day since the doctor was no longer there. I've been calling since this morning and no one is answering. In fact, to tell the truth, they answered and hung up on me before I could speak. Not really a great service I think.

Terrible customer service. Sunday evening, I had to order two products, I get in line, there are three people in front of me but given the situation I don't get the ticket. When it's my turn I don't get served because I didn't have the number that was called. So I should have gotten back in line but in the meantime three other people had arrived. Obviously I left and will never set foot in this pharmacy again.
