A month ago I bought an eco-friendly Master Aid clinical thermometer for the modest sum of 14.90 euros (I saw that it can also be found online for 4.10 euros, so to speak). Unfortunately I needed it immediately and this was the only pharmacy open. After using it only a couple of times it no longer works because the liquid that indicates the temperature has split in two and one part no longer drops, no matter how much you shake the thermometer, making it useless. I took it back today to have it exchanged but the pharmacist refused because a month and a day had passed since purchase. Stay away from here if you can.

On Sunday I'm going to take a swab test for my daughter after a week of testing positive for covid 19. To my amazement, the swab test gave a positive result despite the fact that just before going there I had done a swab test purchased at the pharmacy independently at home and the result was negative. I asked to do it again and they told me no, without giving me any explanations. I go home and do another swab and this one is also negative so I go to another pharmacy and I do the swab again and it gives me a negative result but when I enter the data into the system they ask me if I had done another swab in the morning I say yes and the pharmacist it tells me that it is not possible to enter 2 results on the same day into the system. So I wasted time and money to try again, if they had warned me at the first swab I would have gone the next day. So in short, they were approximate and unclear, even though I said I would go and do something else, they didn't warn me of anything. Not to mention the fact that adults and minors pay the same price while many pharmacies charge a lower price for minors.

We have often been to you to take the Covid swab and we have always had a very good experience, the professionalism and kindness of the staff. This morning we had to repeat the service, and unfortunately the person in charge of the swabs was decidedly not very courteous. We understand everything, work tiredness. But customers are not all the same, in the sense of good or bad manners, and courtesy on the part of the staff is, to say the least, necessary. It's not like we customers have fun. Maybe talk to us.
