The pharmacist was very helpful, we needed a medicine that was very hard to find in other pharmacies in Milano, he ordered it for us and we picked it up only a couple of hours later. It is a well equipped pharmacy with a wide range of products.
Shop assistant is so rude
Just this afternoon, May 11th, I fell in Via Paolo Sarpi, I went to the pharmacy to buy some plasters since I scraped my elbow and I asked if I could also go to the bathroom to check my legs and pelvis which were hurting a lot. Visible my elbow was bleeding and my suffering face.. This pharmacy DOES NOT HAVE A BATHROOM YOU CAN GO TO A BAR!! This was the response of the Lady (3 employees, a man, the lady and a then young woman). Stupid me who thought that by contacting pharmacists they would behave with professionalism as their profession requires...
Excellent staff, helpful and kind. Great attention also to drug interactions, which are fundamental for me.
