I have rarely found more arrogant and rude pharmacists. Always a condescending and dismissive attitude. A few evenings ago, while I was patiently waiting for my turn and for the doctor to stop mimicking the client, I asked for a minute to decide which drug to take (it wasn't for me) and I heard myself say: "I have to close, or she'll decide or go away!” From the next day I got into the good habit of going to the pharmacy in Moscova with kind, helpful and well-mannered doctors. Never again!

I felt profound sadness when I was told that this pharmacy had changed management. I have been frequenting her for years because on every occasion or need I have always been welcomed with kindness and I have always received great availability in providing advice and clarifications. Unfortunately, this is no longer the case and it is a real shame, because a good pharmacy, in addition to selling medicines and health devices, should also create trust and empathy with its users as Dr. Mirko and Dr. Silvia did. As far as I'm concerned, I'll change the area.

What a disappointment! A few days ago I went into the pharmacy and discovered that Doctor Silvia and Doctor Mirko are no longer there. I was very sorry! The neighborhood will miss them very much, they were two special people, thanks to them the Lega Lombarda pharmacy was the most serious, well-stocked and efficient in the area. The two new doctors, however, did not make a good impression on me: cold shopkeepers busy selling a few more vitamins and almost brazen in their response when I asked about the previous owners. If Doctor Silvia and Doctor Mirko don't come back I will change pharmacy.

A pharmacy where professionalism and courtesy are found. I went several times and always received the right advice, depending on my needs, on the drug or supplement best suited to my needs and on the most suitable cosmetic based on the desired result. I'll be back!

We have been frequenting this pharmacy for years, we have always been welcomed with kindness and courtesy. With the new management/ownership we felt a feeling of coldness bordering on rudeness. Never again, luckily Milan is full of pharmacies!
