Farmacia Passalacqua S.a.s.

The pharmacy offers a large selection of basic and specific medications. However, I have noticed the same inconvenience several times when they don't greet me after payment, while they did it with other people. This behavior left me perplexed and I consider it discriminatory in such a respectable area like Talenti.

The pharmacy is very nice, but for doing swabs it is disorganized. Furthermore, the cost per swab is excessive.

If I could put 0, I definitely would. Although pharmacies have always made money even before the pandemic, despite this pharmacy in particular having perpetrated the price of €22 per swab by answering by telephone that it was at the discretion of the point of sale, without considering the fact that the prices were applied in other pharmacies in Rome capped at €15 last July (2021), despite all this, therefore the perpetrated profit, today, I asked for information for pediatric swabs with the doctor's prescription. I also work in the healthcare sector, and with the regional ordinance, at my expense, I am forced to take swabs every 10 days. So I booked for myself, and for my son for other reasons. I was rudely told by an employee (alas in contact with the public) that I should have done as I preferred, that if the problem was the price I would always have to do it myself on the site. Forgive me if since the beginning of the pandemic my family and I have been following the rules and despite 3 vaccination doses we are forced to take swabs at our own expense. Mine was a simple request for information, because THANKS to me and other customers, you earn on swabs and more. Having said that, I'm sorry for what happened but I will no longer spend my money in this pharmacy. Next time, if the lady in question wants to extend her lunch break (it's after 3pm), suggest changing the time, don't work continuously if you don't like receiving phone calls at certain times.

So slow that they manage to create a queue even when there is no one there. And, as already underlined in other reviews, also rude: a good morning and a goodbye are not denied to anyone. People of a certain age should have learned this, but, alas, there is no hope for everyone. I give two stars because they still sell medicines, but there are certainly better pharmacies in the area.

They don't check appointments, "if you made an appointment you had to tell us at reception". So making or not making an appointment is the same, always queue. The results arrive in blocks and so if you're a loser like me you wait even twenty-five minutes after the test.
