if you need a medicine, rely on the Talenti pharmacy staff. it will be difficult not to find what you need and if you don't have it, don't worry because they will get the medicine to you in the blink of an eye. I contacted the pharmacy several times by phone and each time they managed to resolve my problem. as well as being professionals, they are also exceptional people. and then... many offers and discounts which are very welcome during this period!!

Terrible experience! Arrogant and presumptuous pharmacists! Rules that change at will. Slowness and rudeness! Zero patient interest and understanding. Fortunately, there is another pharmacy in the area and doctors worthy of the name.

Incompetent staff, I ask for a prescription drug and the girl asks me "original or generic?" Not knowing the difference, I say let her do it, the girl replies "no, you have to tell me" I say "but... give me the original one" and makes me pay €6 for it, not telling me that the generic was free. Was it so hard to explain the difference??? NEVER AGAIN in that kind of pharmacy!!!!

Unfortunately, despite having been a customer since it opened, there have now been several occasions in which I have had to change pharmacy. I've always had their card, I once had the flu and couldn't go to the pharmacy to make a purchase, they claimed they couldn't give it because I didn't have a tax code, but ??? today that I'm injured and I've finished the drug, the same thing happens. The pharmacist refused to give my husband what he requested. Medical prescription required. I got it a thousand more times there and in other pharmacies. Unfortunately I will skip the therapy, but it certainly cannot be considered a trusted pharmacy. I'm sorry but the problem always arises with the same person. Just say without prescription we don't give anything! Without making excuses. Even if we're a lifelong customer, we can't do without a recipe! I would have appreciated.

Helpful and courteous staff, the pharmacy is always tidy and the staff is efficient, I have been using them for many years and I have always had a good time, they always advise me for the best..
