Deadlines too short even if required by law
They haven't answered the phone for about 4 hours, for the delivery of a medicine, which I have to take on time. At least say whether they can deliver or not since they are committed to the delivery at 10.00 am. Absolute silence. Thank you
8/6/2022 Negative experience - I do not recommend! It is recommended to assist customers in an efficient, due and diligent manner towards any connection system promoted by you rather than omitting a response.
I have known the doctor and her collaborators for years... I must say that the doctor who is on duty with Gennaro this evening is uniquely rude... not only did she make a mistake in giving me a medicine... but then she responded and it can happen.....dear doctor it happens at the supermarket.....not in the pharmacy...learn and be more humble about your answers!
Well stocked but very slow staff, there is always an abnormal queue
