Arrogant, disrespectful.

Terrible customer approach. I accompanied a friend of mine for ear piercings. The employee asked if we had a mask, even if we were in the midst of a pandemic emergency for open-heart surgery, as we obviously didn't have one, the employee quickly told us that she would have "SOLD" it. Sorry, you lost €40 in proceeds. It's time for Speranza's little orphans to come to their senses from their hypochondria. I won't come in again.

Rude towards customers. It seems like they are doing you a favor when you buy drugs among other things for a fee. Outside there is a list of the services or products they should offer. I asked to make a recovery reservation they said they can't see anything. Better to avoid

I put one star because I can't put zero, rude staff, as if they were doing me a favor by serving me. I was in this pharmacy with my girlfriend who wanted to get an earring and while I was talking to her, the lady who was piercing her ear with a rudeness never seen before in a shop told me to shut up.

I would never recommend this pharmacy due to the enormous rudeness of the staff. Just to avoid. A pharmacist, in addition to making me seem stupid, responded to me all the time in a listless and grumpy manner, and then also turned badly towards my boyfriend. The other surrounding pharmacies are much better.
