I have always been a client of the very kind and professional doctor Cotti, so I am amazed at the lack of attention with which she chooses the non-medical staff who help her. This morning, a very unpleasant girl, I believe, a warehouse worker or shop assistant, in addition to having no professionalism and not understanding the drug, allowed herself, after the arrival of one of the permanent pharmacists, who immediately understood the product, to sneer behind the counter where I am stored the drugs and blatantly made fun of my husband, who had pronounced the product very correctly. I'm sorry but because of a very rude and unpleasant girl in every sense, he lost a customer.

Poorly stocked pharmacy and unprofessional staff. Following a minor surgery, my wife came to buy a box of generic Ibuprofen 200 mg of the smallest size, but unfortunately it was only available in 400 mg, also in soft capsules, therefore not divisible, and in packs of 20 instead of from 10. Never in my life have I had problems finding 200 mg Ibuprofen in a local pharmacy. I hope it was the wrong day and not a failed upselling attempt!

Maybe we hit the wrong day. In addition to the rudeness and the snort, we also received absolutely false information regarding the non-presence in any pharmacy of a life-saving drug that my mother takes regularly and which had just been reported to us by our GP. All we had to do was walk a few meters further and go to our usual pharmacy in Viale Marconi 174, to find the usual friendliness and, magically, the usual medicine available.
