I went to measure the blood pressure and was sent away with the excuse that they don't have the machine (i.e. I don't want to waste time measuring the blood pressure) very professional
Out of three, two are without a mask, including the person doing the swabs. To my request to put on the mask before taking the swab, he replied without looking me in the face, to wait. I insist and he rudely tells me he doesn't understand "why I have all this anxiety". Reluctantly he puts on the mask. If I can, next time I'll do the swab elsewhere.
I have always found them kind and above all helpful, even when the situations were not the best.
