I would like to point out that I almost never go to the pharmacy to buy medicines, fortunately and that before going there I had not checked the closing time, but having the need to go and the pharmacy being 100 meters away from my house I simply went out to go there. I arrived in front of the door at 12.45, I found two other people waiting so I got in line respecting the distance and waiting for my turn. When only one girl remained in front of me they let her in and then a gentleman stood at the door who while speaking to a colleague of his says "don't make me upset, lower this clear", they close the clear and leave me out like a stockfish without saying a single incredulous and sorry word to me. I realize that the situation we are experiencing is drastic and I recognize that the pharmacists are doing a commendable job, putting their health at risk by continuing to work in such a delicate moment, as do others too and I for one have father and uncles who work in the hospital and who do the same. There is one thing However, we shouldn't lose, even in such a drastic situation and they are the rules of good manners, I could have checked the time, it's true, I acted in good faith and with little attention, but only let the person in front of me enter and then slamming the door in my face without saying a word didn't seem polite at all to me. Simply saying we're closed, come back later, it would have been better and besides I couldn't have replied, I wasn't entitled to do so in that case but treating me as if I were a ornament without even speaking to me and slamming the door in my face, that was really not very polite and courteous.

Excellent pharmacy and excellent pharmacists and collaborators, I have known and used this pharmacy for 8 years and it has never disappointed me. Great quality, THEY LISTEN AND GIVE EXCELLENT ADVICE without that "eagerness" to sell a product at all costs.
