Unfortunately I have to give only 1 star, not for the doctor's professionalism, because he is extremely rigorous in his rules, but sometimes, a little light-heartedness and common sense wouldn't hurt. Today unfortunately I wake up with the typical female problem, cystitis, as usual these things happen on a Saturday or Sunday. I went to the pharmacy on duty and I encountered the usual bureaucracy of the prescription. However, I needed a simple common medicine, but containing a bit of antibiotic. It was suggested that I go to the emergency medical service. Now I wonder, with all the serious cases etc that the medical guard has to deal with every night can I be pissed off by cystitis? I would still have sent the recipe via email the next day for confirmation. Who knows if it was the relative, friend, acquaintance if the treatment was the same.

Rude in carrying out anti-Covid swabs and not very delicate. It seems like they are doing you a favor, despite being a paid service! I have booked a swab to be carried out in 5 days at another pharmacy.
