Not friendly.
I tried to take back a drug purchased by mistake two days before, and they replied that they do not take back the drugs sold, for an unspecified fairness (in respect of whom or what it is not known). If I had attempted the return on the same day of purchase, I would have been able to do so instead. Why never!? It is known that only after two days that the drug packages leave the pharmacy do they become irreversibly infected. I would like to point out that the package was intact, I had the purchase receipt and the drug did not require any particular maintenance conditions. It will mean that from today I will stock up on the Beata Vergine del Carmelo pharmacy, where doctors and employees have always been more helpful in everything. Thanks and never again.

Well-stocked pharmacy, courteous and competent staff, I was served politely. I appreciated the ability to perform EKG and Holter on site.
