Extremely high prices (€15 for a 12 pack of Durex Settebello is absurd) and a self-service machine outside that has been holding onto the money for months and doesn't work. Thanks for your response. As for the price of the settebello, I paid €15 for a pack of 12, perhaps the salesperson was wrong. While for the self-service machine, the receipt does not always come out... and in any case it is not pleasant to have to necessarily return and ask for a refund, especially for a product like this.
