I have been going to this pharmacy for 5 years and I have always found the staff to be friendly and kind for the most part... but yesterday I honestly didn't except that I no longer see any of those who worked there before... anyway I go to have a beta hcg test, the pharmacist who does it to me seems like he's doing you a favor by being there, beyond the fact that he made a mistake in doing it for me because he had to change the pipette of something, but then I honestly expected a little more humanity of touch also because I don't there is no need to ask me in an argumentative way why I am doing this test... anyway, the test is a hole on the finger from which they take blood. On WhatsApp I am told that the result can be obtained in ten minutes while when I am there in 20 so since I also had other things to do and then I would have to go to work. I come back after about 20 minutes I take my number at the entrance, when my number comes out I go to the indicated counter and ask for the result, I suspect that it will be thrown at me by the same person who took the test. At which I start to leave but I don't understand the result, so I turn around and wait for a counter to become free. I go to the first available pharmacist who explains the result to me, but then the pharmacist carrying out the exam arrives, with her pedantic manner and tone, she begins to say the result in a fairly loud voice. At which point I get very pissed off (all under the eyes of the owner's father who didn't say a word) so I start complaining about his lack of professionalism, about the exam which could have been compromised given that he had made a mistake and that I was expecting a blood sample and she tells me that if I had waited ten minutes she would have explained it to me but I had already written on WhatsApp that I then had to go to work and if the last exam was at 6.30 pm it's not like I could stay there until the pharmacy closed. Besides, I'm coming accused of jumping the queue. In short, a discussion that won't lead to anything just makes me feel like shit I believe that those who do this job should empathize more with those in front of them. I have never had any problems with the staff before

SCANDALOUS!!!!! I strongly advise against this pseudo-pharmacy where only incompetent people work!!!! I requested a drug via their whatsapp service. I was told that they had the drug at home. I took the car and after half an hour on the road I arrived. At the counter I was told that they didn't have the drug and that their management system had made a mistake. I'm a computer scientist and management systems don't make mistakes... it's people who make mistakes!!! VERY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE! Never again the Peschiulli pharmacy.

I am very satisfied with my experience. I performed an aesthetic treatment with a high-tech and very effective machine. A special thank you to Anna both for her professionalism and for her care, attention and kindness. I will definitely come back.
