Efficiency depends on the seller..not all reply satisfactorily.

I went to take a Covid swab (I'll start by saying I did it at home and I tested negative) I go into the pharmacy without a mask and no one tells me anything I approach the counter and I'm asked if I have the ffp2 mask as it is mandatory to do the swab. To my disappointment they replied that it was for my safety since the room where the swabs are done is closed. I bought a box they don't sell them individually. With the box in my hand they swabbed me and no one asked me to wear it. So was it enough for them to buy it?

Very efficient for Covid swabs (even with COI and also on Sundays) with simple booking from the site and with minimal waiting. Very kind to elderly people in difficulty and very competent in carrying out and evaluating the test. I will certainly recommend it to my patients.

Never here again. I came 2 days ago and they send me away because the swab requires a reservation, ok, that's right, I'm going back today and arriving a few minutes before the appointment, I wait a few minutes but not knowing how it works I kindly ask if "can I ask?", the lady looks at me and says to wait, pointing to the queue. Ok but the queue isn't mine and the appointment time has passed. Ok, no problem, I'll wait outside. After 10 minutes of waiting well after the appointment time, without knowing what I have to do, (and it's hot too) I leave.

Thanks to all the staff... courteous and patient. In these difficult years they have provided the area with a great service with swabs (the doctor who performs them is legendary, effective but always available and smiling) while continuing to support us with the pharmacy. Congratulations also for how they manage our haste, lack of patience and sometimes our aggression every day.
