Worst experience ever in Italy. Clearly did not try to communicate with an non-Italian speaker. Sold me a Voltaren Emulgel for 30 euros which in amazon is 18 euros.
Very bad welcome, the doctor was very haughty, self-sufficient and didn't make any effort to try understand us. He was clearly bothered that we couldn't speak Italian. He repeated many times 'solo italiano' and couldn't even hide that he was bothered. We needed an antibiotic cream, as I showed him the prescription from our general practitioner in French, he hardly took a look at it saying that such a cream didn't exist in the whole Italy. Very bad experience. I don't recommend at all. Just a few blocks away, we miraculously found the cream that was not supposed to exist in Italy, the chemist there was very helpful and willing to help unlike him. Prefer Antica Farmacia Parenti instead, it's just one minute from there and the staff is so much more friendly.
9€ for two Dove soap bars, which I later saw for 2.19€ at a grocery store later. This place rips off tourists who don't know better. Protect yourself. Never shop here.
