EXCELLENT PHARMACEUTICAL STAFF, STARTING WITH THE VERY KIND AND COLLABORATIVE DOCTOR GIUDITTA, LIKE THE BEST POSSIBLE SERVICE FOR A PHARMACY WORTHY OF THIS NAME.

looking at the rating this pharmacy has (barely sufficient) it perfectly reflects my experience and feeds the stereotype of a public service that functions poorly, little availability and little customer orientation (are you doing us a favor or are you public employees who should offer an essential service ? are we buying t-shirts or medicines?). the lowest point was reached by the pharmacist with dreadlocks (and I underline this out of meritocracy given that her colleague was available) who at a certain point decided to take off her lab coat and put on her policeman's uniform to start railing against me for an alleged parking (but how can he make judgments if he hasn't seen the car?). Terrible experience, attacked and denigrated for no reason, without a minimum of civil dialogue, without there being any need and above all without authority! I only go back out of necessity, those that are required to resolve and not judgments, those that are not requested and outside of the competences.

I think that since it is a pharmacy it would be appropriate for the opening hours to be reported correctly: 8.30 am / 1.00 pm and 4.00 pm / 7.30 pm
