Well-stocked pharmacy and always open. Fast and competent. Absolute kindness. possible to order via wsapp: fantastic.
I had reserved items for a patient by paying in advance. When I go to collect them they tell me that they have never been booked, they make up after a while that they delivered them to me, they even say they are doing me a favor by looking for the reservation. They tell me to call in the following days, exact same story, very rude on the phone. Incompetent, unprofessional, UNEDUCATE. The other pharmacies in the area are much better. Response to pharmacy comment: The coupon (I still remember it very well) unfortunately you took it out of my hands when I came to you the first time and it was number 24. I still remember the whole thing because you treated me very badly the second time I came. ..how much was it really? €3 worth of product? Rather than being shouted at on the phone and being treated like a sly/thief, I preferred to reimburse my patient out of my own pocket. I appeal to all my fellow nurses, don't count on this pharmacy which has nothing in stock and don't pay for the products you book (like I did) in advance otherwise they'll tell you that you've already taken them (since they've been paid for). FURTHERMORE, when I had previously asked for a STERILE catheter collection bag, they gave me an open bag piled up together with others, THEY DO NOT KNOW THE CONCEPT OF STERILITY, something that any healthcare professional should be able to recognise, and to my (rhetorical) question: but is this sterile?🤦🏻♀️ The pharmacist: of course of course it's sterile! Not professional. Stock up on the other pharmacies on Via XX. Much more valid and with serious professionals. Ps. I have worked as a home nurse for a long time and have never had any problems with any pharmacy except this one.
Very kind and friendly staff. But 5 stars go above all to Doctor Davide who was very delicate and professional in carrying out a quick swab.
I have made an appointment in advance for a Covid test, when I arrived the pharmacy was full, however I waited patiently for my turn...The woman who assisted me told me to come back in when I received the message to print the Green Pass since they Normally they don't print it, you have to download it yourself from the Italian Ministry of Health. But I told him that I myself did not understand that process and I had also seen that the girl who was treated before me who was Italian did print it out... I waited outside the pharmacy until I received the confirmation message... When I returned Upon entering, the white-haired man began to yell at me and tell me that I had to leave and that they didn't have to print me the Green pass. I tried to explain that I had already spoken to the other person who had told me that he would do it to me but he continued shouting very aggressively and telling me that I had to go outside and that if he ever felt like doing it He would do all this in a very aggressive way, there came a time when I was afraid for my physical integrity and I began to record him with my cell phone to have proof of his aggressiveness... I understand that they were overloaded with work but it is not my problem if They serve more people than they have capacity... I shout at no one else, I have printed many other Green Passes... I am a single, Latina woman who saw me vulnerable and wanted to take out her frustration with me... what a lack of professionalism and I respect. Obviously I neither recommend it nor will I ever return... now they are saying that I was the one who did not wait for my turn, obviously it is a lie, I made my appointment two days before, arrived at the agreed time and waited an hour outside.
