Ms Sara is really good at cosmetics, kind and friendly, she knows how to patiently and professionally recommend the right products based on your needs. I only buy when I know she's there.
5 stars for the welcome, kindness and professionalism of the staff. I had the 6th dose of the vaccine and I didn't have to wait, in fact... I arrived early and they vaccinated me. Thanks to all the Pharmacy staff. Kind regards Mario Parodi
I show up at the pharmacy showing a photo of a cream prescribed by the proctologist, Ms. Valentina sees the photo, consults the PC and holds out a tube telling me that it is different from the photo because the packaging has been changed. He puts the product in a bag and I complete the purchase. Back home, confident in the veracity of what I had been told, I applied the cream without checking.... shame that I had shown the photo of REPAderm (cream for skin redness) and I was given some Reparil cream (anti-inflammatory) . .... I don't know if it's worse to classify this episode as inattention (serious) or superficiality (even more serious).
A guarantee, fast and helpful, they did a test on the spot on an enzyme in my blood that wasn't available at ASL3.
