To the gentleman who spoke excellent English and helped us navigate back to the station as we had started in the wrong direction. We cannot thank you enough.

Yesterday my wife ordered a medicine which she picked up during her lunch break from work. Once she reaches the pharmacy, she discovers that Hera employees no longer have the agreement that allowed them to take advantage of the 10% discount on medicines. And to say that when he went to book them she said she was an employee of Hera, but he was not informed that the agreement was no longer in place. You have lost a customer and perhaps many others. Huge pharmacy with lots of choice. The doctors are young and very courteous. The doctor with the glasses was really sweet and delicate in doing the swabs on my nephew (who is 3 years old and was very scared the first time)
