I only give 2 stars because the experience of taking the Covid test was not the best. Inside (when carrying out the paperwork) you are treated with kindness and humanity. I cannot say the same thing when the test sample is taken. The operator's attitude is very questionable and I almost felt guilty for still being positive. To the question "but did you do a home test?" and to my affirmative answer I hear myself say "yes yes that's what you all say"! Dear lady, if I go for a test it is because I obviously need the answers, otherwise specify at the time of booking "Covid test ONLY for NEGATIVES" very disappointed with the service
