Good pharmacy useful for getting essential products. Prices a little high compared to other pharmacies, but still acceptable. Friendly staff and a well-stocked pharmacy. The location is convenient: the pharmacy is in fact located in Piazza del Tricolore, a few meters from the M4 Tricolore stop. Recommended.
I went to get a medicine and it wasn't there, they ordered it and told me to come get it at 3pm, I paid and the pharmacist gave me the receipt, I came back at 3pm and the medicine hadn't arrived yet .. I didn't stop by after because I work until 8 and they close at 7:30. I come back the next day and it was closed with a closed sign for inventory and so for two days.. I had to take the medicine elsewhere. I came back a few days later, there was another person, she told me that the person who had sold it to me is no longer there, and that she couldn't know if they had already given me the drug, I had to pay for it again because I needed the medicine anyway and even urgently.. I asked her if she could talk to the other pharmacist afterwards for the next time, since I have to buy the medicine every month.. and she said no.. and that the receipt it doesn't prove anything.. so practically the money I had paid before was stolen from me..
Arrogant, rude and racist, I have been coming to this pharmacy for more than 15 years but the new management does not have good training either on a professional or human level. Not even in the third world do you find yourself behind the counter with people like that. Bad experience....
Maybe they are also good at selling drugs and related products but if you are a supplier, stay away! I was hired to solve their problems in the TLC sector, they made me travel over 90 km and then when I contacted them again to deliver the projects I was treated as if I was the one who needed them. Really terrible and arrogant as well as rude and rude.
Very kind, polite and professional pharmacists. For any need or discomfort they have always advised me on the best thing for me and my baby. I will definitely be back!!
