I always feel good at this pharmacy. The staff is always available to advise the customer and suggest/implement the best solutions. In addition to the wide availability of products and rapid order processing, I always find kindness and friendliness, aspects that are always pleasing.

I was going during the Covid swab period. Staff who seemed annoyed and in charge of the butcher's pad. He was hurting (knowing it). When I complained, he said it was right. Deplorable!!!

He sold me a medicine for 26 euros, when the official website of the drug itself sells it at a discounted price of 16.16 euros (original price 23.70 euros) Let's say that the prices are a little high.

I would say very expensive! They wanted to make me pay 6 very banal silicone earplugs (the one for the swimming pool or for sleeping so to speak) 15.00 euros... ok the crisis ok the war but they cost from 5 to 7 euros maximum.... the sales assistant is quite rude because she has no interest in explaining why... maybe they entered the prices wrong??!!! so they cost point and stop.... many other pharmacies in the area I would say.....

Very rude sales assistants. Due to their problem they couldn't print the purchase receipt, first they made me wait and then they asked me to come back. Once I returned they left me waiting again and asked me to come back the next day. When I refused to come back for the second time for a receipt they appeared visibly annoyed. All this without ever apologizing for the inconvenience, actually minimizing "he lives nearby". Evidently they think it's normal to treat customers like this. Pharmacy not recommended.
