I have known and or frequented this pharmacy since 2001. I can say that not even once have I found something that I didn't like or that they offered me any medicine that didn't suit me. The sales staff is of exemplary professionalism. Congratulations to them behind the balcony.

I went to the Cavanna pharmacy to take the Covid swab. The pharmacist was very gentle and I didn't have any discomfort. If I still need it I will definitely go to them.

Good evening, I went to this pharmacy for the first time and it will also be the last! As I was greeted by a very nervous blonde Doctor in an arrogant and rude way. Customers are not welcomed like this and I allow myself to say this after 35 years of experience with the public where the first thing they taught me was exactly how to welcome customers. I was really disappointed! While waiting to be called back inside, I couldn't help but hear the negative comments from other customers! I don't usually write reviews, and the very few I did have been positive, but this time I couldn't help it!

Terrible performance and organization. It is the fifth time that I have gone to this pharmacy and every time, due to their lack of education (and I am not discussing the rest so as not to make my content prejudicial as well as untruthful), they always manage, with whomever I can talk to, to make me go home in a bad mood, due to their way of presenting such a "pretentious" speech, as well as not finding solutions if I don't already know the range of possibilities (happened today). Furthermore, their internal management is very slow, not recommended for those who have other very normal commitments. Personally, I'm not one to argue and create confusion, but they definitely deserve a clear negative review. Sin.

I have been a customer of this pharmacy for over 30 years and have followed the generational change. The staff is professional, competent, helpful and courteous. I'm sorry to read negative comments because I wouldn't change pharmacy for any reason!
