Kindness, courtesy, good anti-covid rules, bright and clean environment. Too bad we have to wait.....in this period
VERY KIND AND AVAILABLE PHARMACY AND PROFESSIONAL STAFF 🙏🍀❤️
Very friendly and helpful staff! I always come back when I need them and they are always very attentive and scrupulous! Well done
Taking a swab in this pharmacy is impossible! You have to be lucky to find the nurse who does them. Terrible service, it would be better to take it away rather than give it like this. Edit: The scheduled time on Monday was 5/6pm but the nurse came already in the morning. I don't look at Facebook to look for the opening hours of a business, but I listen to what I'm told when I ask a question in your pharmacy. Knowing how to accept criticism is synonymous with intelligence, especially if you listen to it and try to improve, but I see that your response demonstrates exactly the opposite.
Friendly and efficient internal staff, but for swabs it is the last place I would choose again. I did it last Wednesday and the doctor/nurse who performed it was extremely invasive and far from delicate, lingering and raving for many seconds than usual, in each nostril. I repeat too much. I cried and then bled, and he managed to say that it was my fault for being tense. It drilled into my brain. First of all, it was the twentieth one I'd done elsewhere, I've never seen anything like this before!
