Staff always very kind, friendly and helpful! Well stocked on products and quick to get the missing medicines.

A few days ago I called asking if a drug in buccal form was available. The employee who answered me confirmed the availability of 3 packs. I ask you to reserve 2 for me since it is a drug that is in short supply. The employee kindly accepts and asks me my name. Today I went to collect the medicine, but as soon as I tell an assistant that I have to collect a certain reserved product on Tuesday, her expression suddenly changes. He repeats the name of the specialty, looking at a colleague in search of complicity and then goes into the back room, returning shortly after telling me that the supplier missed the delivery. I point out again that a colleague of hers had confirmed the availability and reservation to me and she cuts it short by showing me the classic preparations. To avoid making a fool of the employee, I go to the car where I listen to the phone call again and where I have confirmation of what I said. I hate being made fun of and the employee would have made a better impression by telling me that "due to a mix-up" the medicine had been sold. I feel sorry for Dr. Puricelli with whom I have always had an excellent relationship since the time of the first office. Next time I'll ask him so I'll be sure to find what's confidential.

I have had the pleasure of frequenting the Dr. Puricelli Pharmacy since the opening of the old location. I have always had a great time and given the quantity of products purchased weekly for me and my family I can speak about it with good reason (I could consider myself an honorary member). The staff is very kind and very competent, quick to serve, but at the same time understanding and ready to always advise you on the best remedy to solve or improve your problem. You always find everything you need, if unfortunately they don't have it, they can get it within a few hours. Truly an excellent point of reference for the whole area. A particular appreciation for the professionalism of the doctors.

I am literally saddened by the attitude and lack of professionalism of a pharmacist who works at this pharmacy. I went to the shop in question to purchase some drugs prescribed by my doctor for my dad and upon payment, I requested the receipt in my name indicating, at the same time, my tax code in order to be able to deduct the expense incurred. He arrogantly indicated to me that it was not feasible as the prescription presented was made out to another person and was therefore obliged to issue it to the holder of the prescription. Therefore I would suggest this person to read circular no. 30/E of 2008 of the Revenue Agency which quotes verbatim the following: ("The deductibility or deductibility of health expenses relating to the purchase of medicines is subject to their certification through the relevant invoice or receipt in which the nature, quality and quantity of the products purchased must be reported and specified, as well as the tax code of the recipient, or of the person who will deduct or deduct the related expense or of another member of the family unit who is dependent on the same person") in order to avoid unpleasant inconveniences and the continuation of the failure to issue further talking receipts to those entitled.

Excellent pharmacy! Helpful staff, fast service and it is also well stocked. If you need to order products, turnaround times are quick. Nothing to complain about, I highly recommend it. The best around!
