Terrible treatment towards the customer. I'll tell you my story which is incredible. I show up at the pharmacy at 5.50pm. I immediately notice that the closing time has been changed to 6pm, whereas until a month ago it was set at 7pm. Google's own timetable still refers to the closing time as 7.00 pm. In any case, I had to queue for more than 10 minutes, due to the fact that only one of the two checkouts was working, this was because the second pharmacist was chatting with a customer. My turn comes and I enter the pharmacy. I didn't even have time to look at the counter and I found a voice telling me in a rude tone that the pharmacy was closing and to take a seat outside. If this is the treatment towards the customer, this pharmacy will personally never see me again. However, these are medicines, not supermarket sweets. We are talking about people who should protect and help the weakest, but instead they don't want to stay at the counter for two more minutes to clear the queue accumulated by their inefficiency. Thanks to the fantastic friendliness and kindness of the pharmacist, who I'm sure has the health of his customers at heart, I had to drive 15 minutes as my mother needed her heart medicine. What can I say, my mistake for showing up so late, right. It's a shame though that if they had better notified the new times I certainly wouldn't have gone there 10 minutes before closing. Congratulations Cunardo pharmacy! Keep going like this. By the way, out of 5 times you go, two times you have to order medicine because they don't have it in stock. Marchirolo Pharmacy on a completely different level of kindness, friendliness but above all efficiency.

I booked prescriptions over the phone. It took me half an hour and they guaranteed me that the products were already in the pharmacy. The next day a box was missing (important for me) and they didn't even apologize, on the contrary. I was very disappointed

Very rude staff, they answer questions badly and are always busy chatting among themselves instead of serving customers. 2 times out of 3 they don't have the necessary medicines and they have to be ordered. Personally, I will never see this pharmacy again. I strongly advise against it.
