Operational, available, effective and well-stocked! My experience was very quick, but overall very good. I've read about people who complain about the prices, but I don't know how much a difference of a couple of euros in spending can affect the life of an average citizen without chronic pathologies. I entered from the pharmacy above because google maps took me there. I was "intercepted" by a lady who asked me "if" (?) I needed it while she was on the phone with another customer. I waited for him to finish the phone even though I had seen that he had no medications around, but I thought I'd follow his question since we are in "his" pharmacy. I explained what I needed and he made me understand that there was another entrance, but that I could go through it following the path. I walked through the pharmacy noticing that they have MORE of EVERYTHING! Once I arrived in the pharmacy department which to be honest seems a bit, I'm not sure how to define... campy(!), I noticed that from the other entrance a lady had entered and got in line, but even before I could try to understand what to do, the pharmacist closest to me asked me what I needed. I told him and he spent a good 3 minutes giving me advice. He scanned the barcode from a photo of my health card that I had on my phone and also patiently waited for me to ask my wife who was waiting in the car if there was anything else the little one needed. In short… A SATISFACTORY EXPERIENCE!
