I leave 1 star which represents the impression the pharmacist gave me upon answering the phone. I leave the phone call transcribed so that everyone can make their own reflections: Customer: "Hello, I'm calling because I wanted to know if you did swabs" Pharmacist: "But in your opinion we don't do swabs? We've been doing swabs for 30 years..for swabs come here without a reservation and get it done, bye." This is how the call went, not 1 word more nor 1 word less Good day
Availability, friendliness and professionalism are the words that best describe the pharmacists of the Rapisarda pharmacy. In the Aurelia area it is THE pharmacy par excellence. I have another pharmacy in front of my house which changed management a couple of years ago and has become "Sanasi". Those who work there and especially the owner Luigia, are longshoremen as well as being unprepared, therefore, even if it is easier to reach, I much prefer to walk 500 meters more and go to the renowned Rapisarda pharmacy, than to set foot in a squalid place like that. The pharmacists here, however, are very knowledgeable and dispense advice with great precision and competence. Thank you for your professionalism and respect that never fails towards customers.
