Just left this pharmacy and the staff is extremely rude. I’ve never had a problem showing a picture of my passport before to get a Covid test, nor have I had to make my case like I was in court for one. I also mentioned that I needed a prescription and they rudely ignored me, I’m just going to go to another pharmacy for that. I got theCOVID test and the lady was so indelicate with is that my nose started hurting. I received Co tests with one I know that they’re not comfortable, that this woman just started shoved up my nose without any consideration. I’ve also brought my dog and every single pharmacy that I’ve been to in Italy for the last year and never been told that I need to wait outside with her and out in the cold to receive my test results. I would just recommend anybody who wants kind service with helpful people to go to any other pharmacy nearby, even if it’s a bit farther it’s worth your trouble more than going here.

Worse service ever! Dishonest and incompetent! They responded to all my emails very quickly, reassuring me that they could provide the Covid test I needed to travel. It turned out they just lied.

Too bad I can't give zero to my review! Yesterday I happened to go into this pharmacy out of necessity (if you can call it that: it has gift boxes everywhere that Diego Dalla Palma takes second place!!!) to buy some probiotics which the brunette lady with kind features sells to me for a modest sum. of €18.90 (recommended for my request to purchase Yovis at a cost of €26!). Having direct contact with professional pharmacists, I learn that the cost of Massigen Probiotics is much lower than what I paid. So I guess there was a typo. Today, with a lot of kindness and a propensity for a peaceful dialogue, I return to the pharmacy and instead of noticing professionalism, availability and competence (fundamental characteristics for a true pharmacist!) I find a blonde "lady" who has absolutely nothing elegant about her, without wearing her shirt, who in a careless and offensive way turns to me without even understanding what I was asking her, moving the topic to something completely different in a presumptuous and rude manner. This high end shop only has costs and rudeness. Never stop!!
