One of the best-stocked farmacia I have ever seen. The owner / chief pharmacist is very knowledgeable. No experience about service in English since I speak Italian.
The pharmacist is dishonest and arrogant. It's not the first time he's received me badly, but calling me a liar and saying out loud that I live on Mars is a bit strong.

the pharmacist is a rude miser with zero professionalism. to do this job you should have a minimum of decency and sensitivity. the real problem, however, is that he doesn't get it so much that he won't even understand what I'm referring to and that says it all.
My wife went in to take the swab and was refused the receipt, in a babbling and rude way, because "there were too many people in the queue"! But can it be possible? I confirm that the pharmacist already had his health card and typed the receipt without entering the tax code, because he was in a hurry. There is nothing to add.
