Helpful and competent staff, both the owner and her children were courteous. If they don't have it available, they get me what I need in a very short time. A small car park outside allows you to park without problems while accessing the pharmacy

The owner of zero sympathy and desire to work. I went on Saturday with my daughter for a strep swab, it was more than a quarter of an hour before closing and she refused to do it for this reason. I asked her for the names of other pharmacies that provided the service, and she dismissed me by telling me to look it up myself. A professionalism that is pitiful

Poor quality pharmacy.....and you can't park outside they tell you to move your car even if you have to go to them at the pharmacy

Very bad experience in this pharmacy. I go in to ask for 6 DIY swabs, I am presented with 6 unboxed swabs (the various pieces in a small bag without instructions) and I am told that it is "to make everyone happy". It doesn't matter, I say that it's fine anyway and the doctor kindly (lacking instructions) explains to me the procedure for taking the swab. When paying I was told that the price was 15 euros each, I paid by debit card and asked for the receipt. At that point the doctor tells me that she cannot issue the receipt because it has no box. I point out that it would be 90 euros that I could deduct but suddenly the son intervenes, with a pedantic and very very very rude look and tells me that if I have to make "such stories then let's forget it", the doctor in the meantime hands me 90 euros in cash while the son makes matters worse by telling me that by selling me those 6 tampons "he is doing me a favor because they ended up everywhere". At that point I go to another local pharmacy, purchase 3 boxed quick swabs at 7.90 Euros each with a regular receipt. I tell the doctor at the pharmacy what happened and he explains to me that the swabs from the previous pharmacy cannot be sold to the public, they are the professional ones that the pharmacies get for free and which they wanted to sell to me for 15 Euros each. Bordering on scam. Shame on you but above all change your ways with customers.
