Wonderful, kind, knowledgeable, beautiful staff. I was staying at a hotel across the street and woke up with a fever and cough. After a brief research effort on Google, I found Farmacia Ribaldone. The pharmaceutical staff members speak excellent English and asked the best questions to identify my problem and solution. Thank you for being so kind and helping me today.

Excellent pharmacy, fast and competent. Prices of non-reimbursable drugs are certainly in line if not slightly below average. The nearby parking is convenient and the high number of pharmacists is excellent, allowing for quick service. Large assortment of medications. Added value is the extended hours until 11pm every day.

Until recently it was among the best and well-stocked pharmacies in Genoa, always open every day including holidays, from 8am to 11pm. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. Unfortunately, staff has recently been changed with young people who are poorly trained and above all unavailable and arrogant. I definitely won't go back there again. Kindness in a pharmacy as an approach to the customer should be fundamental. But since the people serving have changed, also becoming very strict with the recipes, when before they were more understanding, you realize that you are faced with automatons. Pharmacy not recommended. Recommended only in case of emergency, for convenience or if the others are closed... 0 stars
