I have just been to them to collect a CUP reservation: on this occasion too they proved to be really quick and practical. A point of reference even during the difficult COVID period, never encountered any problems or problems of any kind. This morning I went to take a swab to CONFIRM my positivity for covid, since I had already taken one at home and it had already tested positive, to my surprise the swab result came out negative. I was told that it was possible to come back after a few days but that the swab taken at the pharmacy was valid. Not convinced, I went and made another one which came out POSITIVE, I made yet another one which also came out POSITIVE. I would like to know how you analyze these swabs, and above all if the people who perform them have received any training on how to do them, because perhaps you don't know, but it is not enough to "place" the swab at the beginning of the nostril for it to be effective. The €15 spent is the least of my problems, but I would like to be compensated, given that if I hadn't been meticulous and hadn't gone for more swabs I would most likely now be calmly at the beach and/or working and attacking anyone with Covid .

Paid life-saving drug prescription kept in the drawer for more than a month with relative expiration of the prescription as for other drugs in therapy. They justify that the suppliers don't supply... I go to another pharmacy and they have everything... too bad the expired prescriptions and the full price. It seems to me that they really put little effort into it. Rating 2.

Yesterday I arrived from Sanremo for an emergency I had to take a swab, I didn't have an appointment, the pharmacy staff understood my situation with kindness and professionalism, they gave me a swab and a Green pass... Thank you very much, fantastic
