visited the pharmacy to need a swab to go to dinner at the restaurant (paid £15), the young pharmacist at the checkout was very kind and polite but I asked the pharmacist who carried out the swabs (a woman over 50) to be very delicate since my nose is extremely sensitive (I always do it for the last 2 years and no one has ever hurt me) when I stopped the pharmacist because I was in too much pain, I was already crying and wanted to have a break for a while usually she got annoyed by telling me the exact words "but I can't do tests like this!" with an annoyed attitude, and I was very surprised by the tactless response and said to her: "look, in the last 2 years I have done many (100) tests (I traveled internationally) and the pharmacist took the liberty of replying that she didn't know what type of tests the others did but that that was the methodology. Now I'm not going to discuss which method is or isn't, I haven't been vaccinated due to health problems and therefore I can't do it, but finding staff in pharmacies who aren't capable of being tactful surprised me greatly, I'll definitely never go back more in this pharmacy. I would also like to start by saying how unfair it is to discriminate against minorities and that I have lived in London where swabs are 100% free and those who carry them out have the delicacy that only a professional can do. I left this pharmacy feeling offended and humiliated! worst experience had to take a swab

A perfect pharmacy. The room is not very large but there is everything you might need. The owner Antonella is very knowledgeable and always knows how to recommend the best, very kind and professional.

To do the "swabs" is fine... not an exaggerated turnout.
