during the Christmas period I purchased a quick swab, paying with satispay. 1)Dr. Roggia complained about the wait (+ or - 20 seconds...!) for this type of payment ("who pays me for this time" which, coming from a pharmacist, is really pitiful!! in fact I should have left 0.50 cents to pay for the wait!!!) 2) I forgot to ask, before receiving the receipt, if it was deductible... he replied "you should have told me first" and went off to talk to his colleagues, without even saying goodbye... true, I should have said it before, but I'm used to that in ALL the pharmacies I frequent, they normally ask me if I want to deduct. Conclusion: Dr. Roggia has the classic attitude of someone who knows he is the only pharmacy in the town, so he has a presumptuous and rude way of acting, to say the least.

I expected the ordered item to arrive a little earlier, having ordered it on Friday and it being Thursday of the new week, but I would say that they were still very kind in giving me, in addition to the ordered shampoo, a cream with a repaired skin effect from Ceramed which It comes perfectly because I also needed a facial product of this type ^.^ Thank you very much. The shampoo I ordered is the first time I have ordered it. It is honey-based, suitable for frequent washing, ideal for fragile hair, protective and enveloping, also suitable for children ^.^ . I hope I feel good there.
