I'm sorry to have to give a negative rating because I don't usually do it but in this case I think it could be useful and constructive for the business too. I had ordered a product by phone and left my contact details, I was told that it would be there by the afternoon. I queued to get in to be told that the product had not arrived from the warehouse. I would have expected a phone call or text to let me know and it wouldn't have been a problem. Working in a similar field I would like to say that, in my opinion, it was not professional.
