Not listening to the opinion of a person who lived in the same street who had warned me about the owner's lack of courtesy, I purchased a series of products. I was already perplexed because the generics requested were expiring and I had to pay for the surplus of drugs from well-known pharmaceutical companies (multinationals that compete with the arms companies for supremacy in wickedness). At home a family member had purchased the same product so I called immediately asking if it was possible to exchange it. The other pharmacy worker, the owner's husband, reassured me "of course, it's not necessary to come tomorrow. With the receipt intact there's no problem." I returned and the owner, with great emphasis I would say, as well as rudely, decreed (that's what it seemed like!!) "WE don't change drugs" and turned away apparently annoyed. I went out, smiling also at the rather ridiculous scene that was created given that the husband was present there, I thought "a couple who share the line of conduct", certainly not ethical.

Very friendly, competent, helpful and above all very kind, a very rare quality nowadays!

Courteous and always available, it is truly a pleasure to go to them.

What can you say? Exceptional people! Magnificent! Always available and very polite!
