I left mortified. After an endless queue I approach the counter, the pharmacist in question already visually annoyed. I request brufen but I didn't remember what dosage I could purchase without a doctor's prescription. The pharmacist, instead of helping me remember, preferred to stare at me and add "at least you could already be informed". Since there was no response, I preferred to leave.

Very well stocked pharmacy and friendly and welcoming staff. A special thank you to Dr. Eleonora who constantly follows me with a smile. Absolutely the best pharmacy in the area for customer care and services and products offered.

My trusted pharmacy for years, always updated, well-stocked and organised. To this, I add the professionalism of the owner, Dr. Rossi, and of the very qualified, polite, helpful and competent staff in the office to resolve any problem. A good reference point for those who live in the area.
