Kind, professional, and attentive to customers, offering them information and advice. I found a drug, CREON, very difficult to find and I had no problem getting it from them.
Very good and well-organised pharmacy, well-stocked with up-to-date staff
Staff unsuitable for retail, rude and not polite towards customers. We are in 2020 and despite the repeated positive feedback from the "money verification machine" they did not accept a 200 euro banknote, not because they did not have change but because of mistrust/discrimination towards me. After exchanging money and wasting 15 minutes, I went to the pharmacy again to complete the purchase and complain about what had happened. They wanted to be right by telling me that I could call the Carabinieri to verify the integrity of the banknote (yes, it's a film) justifying themselves that due to the sunlight (are we kidding?) they weren't sure of the authenticity of the banknotes. Are we joking? We are talking about a pharmacy and I repeat we are in 2020. Invest in staff and RELIABLE BANKNOTE VERIFICATION TECHNOLOGIES. SCANDALOUS EVERYTHING THAT HAPPENED AND THE SITUATION CREATED. Pure rudeness.
Rude in their ways and not very understanding. Half an hour of waiting for a legitimate refund seems excessive to me.
