I bought two drugs, showing a health card but I was given a receipt without a tax code, which I will not be able to deduct. They replied that they could not cancel the transaction and therefore no tax deduction. I deduce the lack of professionalism and unreliability of the sales staff. Pay attention to the receipt you collect!!!!!
Welcoming, professional and friendly. In the short wait I had the opportunity to admire the extraordinary predisposition to respond to any request from customers/patients. It's not for everyone. Well done!
Very bad experience. I was refused a galenic drug even though I had a regular prescription from my doctor. The pharmacist ruled that they only accept the prescription of a specialist doctor, which is actually contrary to law 94/98 (Bella's Law) which allows family doctors to prescribe master galenic drugs. With the same prescription I went to another pharmacy with a galenic laboratory, for them everything was perfectly in order and the next day I had the medicine.
The pharmacy where I am treated with more availability and courtesy. I found myself returning simply because I have always been treated with such kindness.
The Ponte Rosso Pharmacy is a high-level professional reference. I am very satisfied to be a customer and I recommend it. Compliments!
